Core First Fitness Programs

Whether you are 6 weeks or 16 years postpartum, it is never too late to resolve any issues that you are experiencing. These programs are designed around YOUR specific needs and use proven methods to get YOU feeling great and moving with confidence!

Many women are eager to return to their pre-pregnancy activities, but if done too soon, it can actually create or make issues like diastasis, prolapse, and incontinence worse. During the Foundational 8 series you will build the foundational strength necessary to advance to the activities you once enjoyed!  If you don't have any postpartum issues but you are looking for challenging and safe workouts check out all of the programs offered below.

All Programs will be done virtually.  It is highly recommended that you have resistance bands to work with but all programming will be done based on the fitness equipment available to you.

Core First Foundational Series - 8 Weeks

How do you know if this program is right for you?

  • If you are experiencing diastasis, pelvic floor dysfunction (pain or leaking), prolapse, or back pain.
  • If you have that pesky lower belly pooch that you want to get rid of.
  • If you are very weak and looking for a safe and effective pre/postpartum program.

  • Exercises will be geared toward helping you recover from the issues you are experiencing.

  • Midpoint 1-on-1 session to reassess your progress and individual needs

Glutes + Core Series - 8 Weeks

How do you know if this program is right for you?

  • Are you struggling with hip pain, knee pain or minor back pain?
  • You are NOT experiencing diastasis or pelvic floor issues but you want to progress your workouts safely.
  • You have that pesky lower belly pooch that won't go away.
  • You completed the Foundational 8 Week Series and would like to continue progressing.

What does the series include?

  • Initial 1-on-1 session to determine your specific needs.
  • Customized workout plan based on your initial evaluation.
  • Exercises will be focuses heavily on targeting the glutes and core.
  • Weekly tips, troubleshooting videos and more sent to you to keep you progressing.
  • Midpoint 1-on-1 session to reassess your progress and individual needs
  • Weekly check-in via email, phone to answer any questions you may have.
  • Weekly progress sheets and goal setting guides

Getting Back to Running 

How do you know if this program is right for you?

  • You love to run but don't feel like you have the proper strength to do it without causing an injury.
  • You are experiencing diastasis or pelvic floor issues and want to progress to running safely.
  • You are struggling with hip pain or minor back pain.
  • You completed the Foundational 8 Week Series and would like to continue progressing.

What does the series include?

  • Initial 1-on-1 session to determine your specific needs - includes gait analysis.
  • Customized workout plan based on your initial evaluation.
  • Specific exercises focused on strengthening the muscles used when running.
  • Weekly tips, troubleshooting videos and more sent to you to keep you progressing.
  • Midpoint 1-on-1 session to reassess your progress and individual needs
  • Weekly check-in via email, phone to answer any questions you may have.
  • Weekly progress sheets and goal setting guides

Core First Personal Training

How do you know if this program is right for you?
