As a mom of three cute and crazy boys, I know what it is like to experience postpartum issues that are painful, frustrating, and sometimes hinder your life.

After delivering my third son, I had SO many issues: diastasis, back pain, lower belly pooch, and incontinence.  I felt so defeated and depressed at times because simple activities were a challenge.  Getting through the grocery store or playing soccer with my three year old which were impossible without leaking.  I decided I didn't want to live this way so I started searching for a solution.  As a personal trainer, I knew that I needed more than traditional strength training.  I came across a PostPartum Corrective Exercise Specialist program offered to personal trainers.  This amazing course, taught me how to fix myself and help others in the process.  I didn't just learn technique's, I applied these strategies to myself so I KNOW that they work.

These methods are not quick fixes because lets be honest if it seems too good to be true it probably is.  Instead these programs build a strong foundation that will resolve current issues and help prevent future injuries.
