Core First Fitness Programs

The Core First Fitness Programs are designed specifically for women to safely rebuild their strength during and after pregnancy. Individual programs are customized based each woman's specific needs to help recover from diastasis, leaking, pelvic floor pain, back pain, and more.  The focus is to teach correct movement patterns and SAFELY progress women so they have the foundational strength needed to recover and prevent future injuries.

Motherhood is such a busy and wonderful time, and I want mamas to enjoy it while also feeling strong and healthy!
